• A SWOT Strategic Analysis study, will prove successful in identifying the key changes that are likely to affect a company, in the period under review; the affect on the Strategies that are currently in place; and the perceived strengths and weaknesses of the company. 
• A model will be built of the results, that can then be re-used to predict other changes on the company, or the effects of changing Strategies, to take advantages of opportunities, and handling threats. It can also be used to see the effect of increasing the strengths and reducing the weaknesses, on the opportunities and threats. 
• The analysis will show that some perceived strengths are fragile under certain key changes, and conversely, that some perceived weaknesses are not too serious. 
• The real value of the analysis is that it will enable a company to concentrate on those areas where the greatest benefits may be had by promoting the true strengths and by reducing the greatest weaknesses. It will also enable the regular review of existing Strategies with a greater level of confidence. 
• It will then enable future Strategies to be drawn up, taking into account the results of the analysis, and issued as updates to the current Strategies that are used in the study. 
• The SWOT study is in fact an investment in a re-useable model that is scaleable, and can be used for any significant business area within a company, once it has been obtained and its use understood.
